REGISTRATION FOR ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION ON SENTINEL’S SECURE PORTAL
Sentinel’s service delivery model promotes a “self-service” concept with Contact Centre and Client Service support, as and when required. We have upgraded this facility recently and remind you of the process that needs to be followed to register for access.
Members and pensioners who previously registered on our “old system” and who have not logged in since December 2020, will need to re-register by following the simple online registration process. There is no need to fill out and submit forms as the entire process is done online.
After registering, you will have access to your personal fund information 24/7, through the Funds’ upgraded password protected secure web portal, which includes:
- all fund communication,
- daily updated personal Fund Credit values,
- benefit statements for the past 2 financial years,
- a benefit estimate calculator for benefit simulations,
- the ability to maintain personal information, address details, bank details, contact details, beneficiaries, and nominees,
- all tax certificates (IRP5/IT3A) since tax year 2015,
- pensioner payment advice for the past 12 months.

Please note that you will need to have access to your mobile phone and email account while you register, as these will be verified during the process. You will also be required to upload a clear legible copy of your RSA Barcoded ID, Smart ID card or valid Passport, displaying the ID/Passport number, name & surname, date of birth and photo.
